We are already getting stuck into the new year, so it’s time to have the first Introduction to Brewing Makgeolli Class for 2013!
As always, our esteemed expat makgeolli experts from Susubori Academy, Becca Baldwin and Dan Lenaghan, will set you up with a solid brewing foundation. The class includes theory, blind tasting and of course hands on makgeolli making, at the end of which you will take home your very brew. Here are a few details to remember:
When: Saturday February 22nd, 4pm – 7pm
Where: Susubori Academy in Chungjeongno (Seoul)
How Much: 40,000won
After your brew is finished fermenting and ready to drink, you will be eligible to attend our upcoming ‘Homebrew Tasters Class’. Any level of brewer will be asked to bring a sample of their makgeolli for the class to taste, rate and discuss.
