Dark Chocolate Cherry Almond Bars
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
-6 oz dark chocolate (over 70% for maximum health benefits)
-1/3 cup dried cherries
-60 almonds
Directions
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.

2. Arrange the nuts and cherries in 6 clumps on a sheet lined with parchment paper. Or, use a large heart or bar chocolate mold and put 10 almonds and about 5 dried cherries in each mold.

3. Pour the melted chocolate over the nuts and cherries on the sheet or pour into the chocolate molds.

4. Let the chocolate cool just enough to use a heart cookie cutter to cut out the chocolate hearts if using the sheet method. Or let the chocolate harden completely before removing the chocolate from the molds. After cutting out the hearts, put them back in the refrigerator to harden completely.
