…and thanks for visiting. This is a blog which features places to eat and drink in Yangsan. It’s designed to be informative, rather than a bunch of reviews of my favorite places, though you may come across some bias on occasions.
Yangsan Shindoshi (Yangsan New Town) refers to the area surrounding E-mart, where you can also find Yangsan subway station and the Yangsan intercity bus terminal.
Beomo-Ri refers to the area on the otherside of the river from Shindoshi. This is a large area but the majority of places referred to on this site are located within one small area of Beomo. 범어 (Beomo) is a 15-20 minute walk over the bridge from Yangsan E-Mart. A taxi costs around ₩3000, just say to the driver, “Beomo Dunkin Donut-uh.”
Jungbu-dong refers to the area next to Shindoshi (although Shindoshi technically is in Jungbu-dong). Like Beomo-Ri it is a large area though the majority of places featured in this blog are close to 남부시장 (Nambu Market).
