September 27 - October 2, 2014 in Daegu

I’m really honored and proud to say that my work (graphite and watercolor) was a part of [b]racket magazine’s2nd [b]list show. It was a really well-organized art exhibit in Daegu with beautifully displayed art pieces from 11 different artists all around Korea.

After the opening reception, we left to explore Daebongdong. Daegu is a really beautiful city with hidden pockets of public art, especially the memorial items for music artist, Kim Kwang-seok.

[b]racket magazine was published for two years in Korea, and with this post I’m also saying goodbye to them. They’ve chosen to stop publishing, but I still thank them for contributing to the art community in Korea, and also am endlessly grateful for the opportunity to be in my art show. Thank you.

About the girl

Hi, I'm Stacy. I am from Portland, Oregon, USA, and am currently living and teaching ESL in Busan, South Korea. Busy getting into lots of adventures, challenging myself, and loving people. Something more than an ethereal will-o-wisp.

Thank you so much for visiting and reading.
