Serious Floods Hit Busan
After a couple rainy weeks, up to 30cm of rain fell on the Busan region today leading to heavy flooding, casualaties, flight cancellations, and the shutdown of a nearby nuclear power plant. The northern portions of the city were especially hard hit. In some areas as much as 13cm of rain fell in an hour. Five people died as a result of the flooding and several others are still missing.
