Finally got a call from a girl I wanna dig out

I have been chatting pretty frequently with a cute Korean girl. It’s not uncommon for Korean women to get very close and want to be best friends quickly. She quickly made it known to me that she was a lesbian and she thought I was very beautiful. I told her she was beautiful as well, but I think we were still on track to be friends, as our relationship didn’t change from friendship. We chat every day.

BUT SHE HAS SUDDENLY BECOME EXTREMELY ANNOYING!

All she does is talk about how terrible school is, how she thinks her parents hate her, and how ugly and fat she feels. When I told her that I thought some boy was cute, she FREAKED OUT ON ME! I don’t know what’s going on!

I spend way too much of my time messaging her to console her out of a super depressed state. AND she’s never up for leaving her house! I’m starting to think she’s not even a lesbian and she doesn’t want a friend; she’s just looking for a round-the-clock free guidance counselor and/or social worker. It has given me great perspective on how to interact in a dating relationship (as in, how I absolutely do not want to act).

Is this what it’s like to date most girls? I can’t handle much more of this. But how do I tell her to go away? Every time she tells me I’m “so nice,” I want to reply with, “Well, actually…”

I think this is where all the guys I’ve dated smile and say, “Karma’s a bitch.”
