One of my favorite Korean dishes is dwaeji gukbap (돼지국밥). It has a lot of hearty pork bits (a lot of them fatty) in a soup with rice. It’s a regional dish of coastal Gyeongsang-do (경상도). I think it’s a very simple dish, but it’s a huge comfort food for me. I know where to eat this in Busan, but I haven’t seen it in Cheonan yet.
