We will soon be offering a complete Korean language course, available free from this web site. These will be high-quality, fine-tuned, and clear lessons geared toward people who are learning Korean for the first time.

While my YouTube videos are compiled from various topics, these new lessons will be formatted, organized, and easy to follow for learners of any level.

I will still be creating videos and taking requests as usual on my YouTube channel each week, in addition to making these new lessons.

You may have noticed the "Learn Korean" tab at the top of my site for the past week. In the near future it will start filling up with new lessons.

Today I put up the first new lesson, called "Introduction" (located under the "Intro to Korean" section of the "Learn Korean" tab).

Lessons will be separated into different categories (subject to change).

Learn Hangul:

These lessons will be all about learning the Korean written language. I will go over how to read and write Korean from the very beginning, including pronunciation rules, sound changes, and exceptions.

Intro to Korean:

"I want to learn how to speak basic Korean, but I don't want to spend years learning how to speak fluently." This section is for you. Learn important phrases, essential grammar, and just enough of the basics to be able to hold simple conversations. These lessons are also the initial stepping stones for any first-time student of the Korean language.

Grammar Lessons:

Here's where we'll go into all of the good stuff. I've personally compiled grammar forms that I feel are the most important when learning to speak Korean (after all, I had to learn Korean too). These lessons will be organized into levels based on their difficulty, and will build upon each other, just like a textbook.

Glossary:
This section will include some additional tools, such as a word bank, which will list all of the words used in each lesson, for easy reference (so you don't have to spend time looking anything up in the dictionary).

I welcome your feedback as I embark on this next task of creating a whole new series of Korean lessons.  After all, these lessons are for you, not me, and I really do listen to what you have to say.

I would also love if you would share this site or the YouTube channel with your friends.
